German extended tour programmes, Summer 2012

For summer 2012, we have full details of all our extended tour programmes in German language available. We will be operating a total of 58 scheduled departures in 2012 from London Heathrow and also new from Birmingham centre to Cornwall, Devon, Southern England, Middle England and Wales. Additionally we have a new 14 day 'Britain Complete' tour commencing in London and including England, Wales and Scotland as well as a new 16-day tour of South England to include a 5-day visit to Guernsey and Jersey! We have a further 18 scheduled departures from Edinburgh to the Highlands, the famous Whisky trail, the beautiful West coast and the islands of Orkney, Skye, Mull and Iona. Group accommodation

No matter what size of group or nature of the programme, we'd be delighted to assist! We work with all global hotel chains as well as many individual, privately owned hotels throughout Great Britain and therefore have something to suit all accommodation needs and budgets!

If you're planning for summer 2012, we strongly advise not to leave it too long with your requests, particularly in the more traditional hotspots such as Edinburgh, Cornwall and the South West, which are limited on availability and therefore prices are increasing. London is also proving very popular especially during the June and July period so if you're needing hotel space and/or any group related services, please contact Ian Fail, our groups manager, at ian@etsuk.com.

Hotel changes

We've a number of new hotels through the UK, particularly in London, Cornwall and throughout Scotland. In London, we've added around 25 new hotels to our portfolio since the start of the year. There have been a number of changes to ownership to contracted chain hotels in Scotland and we've also contracted additional hotel partners in the Southwest of England and in Cornwall. Hotel occupancies, in London in particular, remain strong and with a host of major events in 2012 including Farnborough Air Show and the Olympic Games, availability will be a challenge for the summer period. We do have freesale arrangements and allocations still available and with some 250 hotels under contract from budget to deluxe in London and the same number throughout the UK, we're in a good position to help our overseas partners. Theatre tickets and other services

London's west end is as vibrant as ever and the selection of shows on offer is forever changing. New musicals which have started recently include 'Singing in the Rain', 'Rock of Ages' and 'Dreamboats and Petticoats' to name but a few. All the old favourites are still playing to packed audiences each night: 'Mama Mia', 'Billy Elliott, 'Blood Brothers' and 'We Will Rock You' as well as 'Les Miserables', Phantom of the Opera', Chicago and 'Woman in Black'. Booking periods for these and all other west end musicals are now open and we've got extensive allocations available. We also organize tickets for all the main events in the Great Britain for both groups and individuals including New Years Eve packages, Glyndebourne Opera Festival, the British Grand Prix as well as Royal Ascot, the Edinburgh Tattoo and Last Night of the Proms. The fixture list for the 2012 Premier League football season is available and we have great deals available for packages and ticket only for all the top Premier League clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.
